Goodbye Malaysia

2night, we will be leaving Malaysia for a week.. Even there are an outbreaks in the place that we want to visit.. Hoping there is nothing happen to us.. Folks... Pray for us... We will see you later... More experience, more story.. Insyaallah...

Swine flu : Travel Advisory

TRAVEL ADVISORY FOR MALAYSIANS VISITING MEXICO, USA, CANADA
AND OTHER COUNTRIES AFFECTED BY SWINE FLU
(NASIHAT PERJALANAN KEPADA RAKYAT MALAYSIA YANG INGIN
MELAWAT MEXICO, USA, CANADA DAN NEGARA LAIN YANG TERLIBAT
DENGAN PENYAKIT SELSEMA BABI)

WHO has declared on 25 April 2005 that the swine flu event in Mexico constituted a public health emergency of international concern (PHEIC). Swine flu cases also emerged in USA, Canada, New Zealand and Spain. WHO is not recommending any travel or trade restrictions.
(Pada 25 April 2009, Pertubuhan Kesihatan Sedunia (WHO) telah mengisytiharkan bahawa kejadian selsema babi di Mexico adalah sebagai satu kecemasan kesihatan awam yang menjadi perhatian berat di kalangan antarabangsa (public health emergency of international concern atau PHEIC). Kes selsema babi juga telah berlaku di USA, Canada, New Zealand danSepanyol.WHO tidak mencadangkan sebarang sekatan dalam perjalanan atau perdagangan.)

TRAVEL TO SWINE FLU AFFECTED COUNTRIES
(PERJALANAN KE NEGARA YANG TERLIBAT DENGAN SELSEMA BABI)
.
Malaysians are not encouraged to visit the affected countries during this time. They should exercise caution should they wish to travel to those countries.
(Rakyat Malaysia tidak digalakkan melawat negara berkenaan pada masa ini. Mereka perlu berhati-hati jika mereka ingin melawat ke negara-negara tersebut.)
.
Please observe the following measures:
(Sila patuhi nasihat berikut:)

• Be aware of the areas with outbreaks or high incidence of swine flu.
(Ketahui di mana kawasan yang berwabak atau mempunyai kes selsema
babi yang tinggi.)
.
• Avoid direct contact with swine flu cases. If you need to be in close contact with them, you are advised to practice good personal hygiene and use an appropriate protective mask.
(Elakkan bersentuh dengan kes selsema babi. Jika anda terpaksa bersentuh dengan mereka, sila amalkan langkah kebersihan diri dan gunakan pelapis pelindung pernafasan yang sesuai.)

• Observe good personal hygiene at all times. Wash your hands with soap and water. Cover your mouth with tissue when you cough or sneeze.
(Jaga kebersihan diri sepanjang masa. Basuh tangan dengan air dan sabun. Tutup mulut dengan tisu bila anda batuk atau bersin.)
.
• If you fall ill, please seek immediate treatment.
(Kalau anda jatuh sakit, segeralah dapatkan rawatan.)
.

If you have recently returned from a swine flu affected area, you should avoid close contact with other people for 7 days. If within this period you have developed high fever (above 38oC) or other symptoms like cough, fatigue, lack of appetite or shortness of breath, you should immediately seek treatment at designated hospitals or other government or private hospitals.
(Kalau anda baru balik dari kawasan selsema babi, jauhi berhubung rapat dengan orang lain selama 7 hari. Kalau dalam tempoh tersebut anda demam kuat (melebihi 38oC) atau mengidapi gejala lain seperti batuk, letih, kurang selera makan atau susah bernafas, sila dapatkan rawatan segera di hospital bertauliah atau hospital kerajaan atau swasta yang lain.)
