PPUM

Yesterday, 30/10/08, I went back to Shah Alam for a day, sent my mum to the hospital for her pre-hospitalization check up.. It has been long time, (a few years back) I have not visited this hospital after my mum hospitalized due to stone in her bladder. So, yesterday, I come again for my mum treatment and this time is for her cataract.. When I stepped into the hospital, I was quite amazed that PPUM has given the facelift... more to the professional interior.. So that we are welcome to the hospital, i guess, The department that I used to visit, is now more cheerful than last time. Now, PPUM is in the process of transform its department, we can see the renovation, here and there...

One thing I wanted them to change is the communication... I am not blaming that PPUM is lacking of this... but It needs to improve the quality of services.. For example, the process flows of the service.. The flows should be well defined so that the patients are giving the directions what will be the next process. In my mum case, we were asked to take blood test.. But when can't see the process flows... For those who used to get this service, might be well known... but people like us.. I think the process flows should be put in the notice or flyers.. So everybody knows the process.. I was looking the suggestion box, so that I can place the suggestion, unfortunately, I cant find it anyway...
