Short Listed

I ve given a opportunity to do some shortlisting process for new staff..Wuishhh!!! so sweating.. Imagine.. the post will be offered only one post.. but the application, Oh my God... hundred over...

I have to check one-by-one applicants, until the applicant being shortlisted to 5 candidates...Aduh... jenuh pak cik menge'check' from education background to the extra co-curiculum as well as job experience.... It's difficult for me to do this task.. I am trying to imagine if I am the one of the applicant and eventually not been selected... sedih jugak.. tapi I ve to do my job...The post requires SPM level only.. but most applicants hide the true colors of their education level... We can see the gap between age and the SPM taken which is slightly far.. I know their have to cheat due to economic crisis. most of them need stability of the job.. but I cant select all applicant...Berdoa je la, sapa yang dipanggil interview yeaa..

about 11p.m. I received sms from boss,

asked me to bring soft copy client charter, It s fine..

but

I did not reply..

Early this morning

..

I have planned to go the workshop

and

needed driver to fetch me up..( that's mean I am going there)

.

However, received 2 sms from boss.. asked me to come around 11 a.m.

I did not reply as well..

.

So, I assume she will wait for me there...

Before I am heading to the office.

she called me and asked something

that I already explained to her..

it was like a million ( kidding...hehehe) but a few times.

..

I think she is not getting point

..

So, after explaning...

She asked me whether is worth that I am coming there..

She said, she worried about closing account and vouchers..

So..I am starting to provoke until I was not asked to come.

hehehe

..

SO HAPPY

..

she listened to me

So bored

Today,

i got sms from my boss,

she asked me to join her in the KPI workshop,

The workshop is supposed for head of department...

But...

I am sure

and

I can smell,

she afraids

and

isnt comfortable with that area..

Today,

I manage to make an excuses for not joining her

..She insisted me to go for tommorrow

.. How am I going to tell her..?????

I am not interested...

and

reluctant to go

.. let boss decides what kinds of KPI she wanted us to follow

I AM SO BORED

A set of study table

Of late, Areena shows her interest in reading a book as well as writing in the piece of paper.. usually, Areena writes sumthing on the floor (not using table). So, it difficult for her to write.

.

So, I decided to buy a set of table study... From my observation, Areena, indeed, like to study.She will ask either me or wife even our maid to teach her sumthing in her book. She manages to identify and call the objects eventhough she cant speak in a sentence yet..but.. she understands what we say to her.

.

The best part is... if we asked her sumting in Bahasa..She hardly understands but if we express in English..she manages to understand.. For example... I asked her to 'tutup pintu'( she could not understand- not sure how for she is understood) but when I said... close/shut the door.. She instantly close the door... Budak bertuah ni.

.

Now, we are trying to balance her either English term or Bahasa, so that she can understand both language.

Caramel for wedding

Next week, I got order from wife's friends, to make a few caramel for 'makan beradap'.. I do not know how to make my caramel suits with wedding ceremony.. So, last week, I tried to make a caramel into a cup and topping with some fruits in order make it colorful and attractive....

Farewell Paman

Since my wife'suncle is retiring from his current job. So, my wife was asked to bake a cake... So she decided to make a cup cakes.. To Paman, We hope you will enjoy ur retirement and like the from-our-kitchen cup cakes..Bibik.. Kids' Play Area

Last week, we were thinking that our kids should have play area in this house. So, the living room doesnt mess all the time. So we decided to make up the centre of this house as their play areas... We bought a mickey mouse carpet to make it that place more colourful... We put television as they can watch barney.. since their toys ( bear and those teddy things..) we managed to line up under the tv cabinet..Since that area is more attractive than living room.. We also join our kids to lepak there..hehehehe... Next uplift.. We are trying to get piano, So Areena can have her lesson there.. For amysar, We will try to get him violin.. but not in the short time... have to wait until Areena and Amsyar reach their 3 years.. Here some pic.

My kids cousin Birthday.

Today is my niece birthday... Since, we are not going back to Shah Alam.. Last week, my wife did bake 2 dozens Cup Cake to Ika and her brother who celebrated his birthday on 29 January.. So, in the economic crisis, perhap, we cut the budget to give a present to them..in stead, bake homemade cup cakes.. So, this year theme is cup cakes.... not present, present okay.... here some pictures,(since we are new in this area, so the deco of the cup cakes were not very cantik but for us..these were achievement... hehehehe)

To answer questions from my friends, whether am I serious in caramel business.. emmphh... Not really serious.. but if there is an order.. I'll will supply... Amsyar's First Tooth

Yeah... It's time for me to make an entry for long time..heheee.. this entry, just wanna tell you, my Amsyar has just got first tooth, yehhhhh...but not normal kids have, Amsyar has back tooth known as third molar.. We noticed on 12 February 2009.

Whatever it is, I hope this is a good progress for Amsyar.. more prosper and blessing..

It has been a month I haven't updating my blog.. It 's not that I am lack of ideas but many things need to be done and my caramel business, alhamdulillah, is in the right track... Everyweek, there are order from friends around us.. So, a little bit bz...hehehe.. till next time... I promise I 'll update my blog...ta....

Yesterday, I did plant a trees..for environmental sake... so...in next 10 years, the trees that I 've planted will grow... n contribute to the greenery area....I 've suggestted to the top mgt, that area if we want them to be useful.. we should develop reflexiologi centre..so everybody can get rest , jog in that area... I dont know that suggestion will be approved...

First day..

Today...

I am sending my kids to the babysitter....It kinds of worry..many thoughts across in my mind.....

Can they adopt this new environment..

Can they behave..

Is the babysitter treat them well?..

Or...

Is my wife starting cry upon sending them...

emmmphh.. can't really see her tears drop..

Late afternoon, I fetched them.. I asked the kakak.. How were Areena and Amsyar doing? Emmpph.. Areena, as usual, has her own ideas and actively climbing and do something that she likes.. She was trying to be a leader..One time, she turned the TV off as her friends( another kids that kakak babysits as well) sleep...but.. Areena didnt... Emmmphh.. ( I think Areena bored, all this while.. she watches barney.like everyday..but today..no barney maa.) of course she bored... Areena... Let me pesan to you... We cant get what we posses now at another set of environment.. So you have to be grateful what you earn, nak

Amsyar...emmpph, he is, like always, rolling again n again(wonder.. when will he start crawling..huhuhu)...But the kakak could not hold Amsyar for a quite long... to berat for her...hehehe..Kakak..sorry for that feeling...

During back home, I was thinking... one day my kids will leave me and they have to face their own life, one day, they will get marry, set up their own new family..so, I think this is the first step for me to adapt this kind of situation.. The word can decribe.. sacrifice ..it's symbol of love and courage..
